- What is du Home Wireless?It’s a limited mobility service and subscription.
- Where does the service work?Once the device is activated, your home location will be assigned as the first usage location and will only work there. If you decide to move or shift locations, please request us to unlock it and it will be re-assigned to the new location.
- How does the service work?As a new du Home Wireless customer, you’ll receive an LTE router for internet connection at the time of the service application. It will include a Data SIM with unlimited data.
- Is there a cancellation fee?
In case you decide to cancel your contract before the end of its duration, you’ll be charged:
- One monthly recurring charge
- Device cost: Device cost/contract period * (contract period - (1 + number of months you spent in the contract) - How long can I benefit from the AED 199 monthly payment?
The promotional monthly payment of AED 199 will be for 12 months only. After that, it will be AED 299.
- What is the relocation fee?You can submit a relocation request for free for the first time. After that, you’ll be charged AED 100 for each relocation request.

Yes, you can. However, multiple devices sharing your internet connection can reduce your internet speed.

Internet speed is not guaranteed. Individual results will vary as it might be affected by factors such as weather, interference from buildings and network capacity.
