Abu Dhabi Warns The General Public on Covid-19 Misinformation & Spreading Rumors ( Such Act Is Punishable by Law)

The Federal Emergency Crisis and Disasters Prosecution has warned the public that they will take strict action against people who are spreading misinformation and rumors about covid in the country.

The prosecution urged community members and social media users to act responsibly when sharing or circulating any COVID-19-related news, adhere to the precautionary measures and support the country’s related efforts. This warning was issued on 10th January, 2022.
